We at the National Association of Community Health Centers are intent on assuring that we assist you to achieve your objectives. Consequently, we ask your assistance to identify the real training needs of Community and Migrant Health Center professionals. Your participation is voluntary; however, we encourage you to take the 10-20 minutes to complete the following survey. All responses are strictly confidential.
This is the first time that NACHC has conducted such a comprehensive survey. We are aware of the demands on your time and are highly sensitive to the number of questions asked. But we believe that this survey – and the information you provide – will lay the groundwork for planning highly relevant and helpful training that better fits your needs and enhances the knowledge and skills of health center professionals.
