The U.S. Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) is hosting a free meeting for users of the Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (CAHPS) surveys and the Surveys on Patient Safety Culture (SOPS). This meeting, whose theme is “A Systems Approach to Patient-Centered Care,” is intended to give attendees a better understanding of the surveys and how they can be used to assess and improve patient experience and patient safety.
Preconference sessions on April 19 are designed to introduce new users to the surveys and to address the needs of more experienced survey users. The main conference sessions will be on April 20 and 21.
