The National Association of Community Health Centers (NACHC) designed the POM I seminars to provide a health center operations staff with clear strategies to maximize the productivity and resources of their center. Participants will find out the answers to questions related to improving customer service, patient-staff interactions and reporting systems. This innovative training seminar provides a comprehensive view of systems that are successful for community health centers.
After this two-day seminar, youg will be able to:
