You are invited to attend the NACHC 2008 National Farmworker Health Conference to be held May 6-8, 2008 in San Juan, Puerto Rico. The conference is co-sponsored by the National Association of Community Health Centers, The National Center for Farmworker Health, and the Migrant Clinicians Network, as well as supported by the HRSA Bureau of Primary Health Care.

As the only national conference with a focus on the Migrant Health programs and the farmworkers they serve, it is an opportunity for national advocates, clinicians, service providers, researchers, and public officials to share and learn from those that provide health services for the farmworkers that harvest our nation’s food.

This policy has been put in place in order to maximize the number of available rooms for NACHC attendees who want to stay at the headquarters hotel. It also helps keep NACHC registration rates down by lowering NACHC conference expenses.

Only one room reservation per individual is allowed. Each room must have a unique name on the reservation. It is fine to share, but the same person can not reserve more than one room.

Payment by credit card will be requested at the time the reservation is made. The amount charged will be equal to the first night's room and tax fees which will be used to hold the room for the full reservation.

Thirty Day (30) cancellation policy: You may cancel up to 30 days prior to your arrival without penalty and your card will be refunded the initial deposit.

However, should you cancel your room within 30 days of your arrival, your deposit will be held until that room has been booked by another guest.

If the cancelled room is not able to be booked by another guest, NACHC has the right to charge the credit card on file for the room and tax fees for the initially booked full lengths stay.
