CalendarNACHC offers three levels of the Health Center Financial Management/Operation Management Seminars. Each level focuses on different topics that will help health center financial and operational staffs understand and meet the unique challenges of operating a health center.
Level I seminars are designed to provide CFOs and COOs with an orientation to financial management, accounting principles and terminology unique to health centers. Level I seminars will be held in Seattle, WA and Baltimore, MD this year. The Seattle seminars will take place April 9th and 10th and the Baltimore seminars will take place June 4th and 5th.
Level II seminars provide the insight and understanding of the core qualities needed for how health centers should approach the business aspects of operations, management, and service delivery. Level II seminars will be held in San Francisco, CA and Atlantic City, NJ. The San Francisco seminar will take place April 23rd and 24th. The Atlantic City seminar will be July 9th and 10th.
Level III seminars focus on leadership and management. Leadership and management are two distinctive and complementary systems of actions. The challenge is to combine strong leadership and strong management and use each of them to balance the other. Level III seminars will be held in Las Vegas, NV and Philadelphia, PA. The Las Vegas seminar will take place May 14th and 15th. The Philadelphia seminar will take place August 20th and 21st.
