UPDATE: NACHC is closely monitoring the widespread impact of the COVID-19 pandemic and we remain committed to serving health centers and are tailoring our educational programs accordingly.  HRSA announced it was suspending all Operational Site Visits through July 31, 2020 due to COVID-19. As a result, NACHC rescheduled this webinar series to June 2020.

Please visit NACHC’s training and events page for updates on upcoming virtual training events and visit the Health Center Resource Clearinghouse for archived webinars, technical assistance documents and other on-line education materials including continually updated resources on COVID-19.

The faculty for this webinar series includes three independent consultants who actively perform operational site visits – a fiscal, governance, and clinical reviewer. This series will provide a practical overview of the Health Center Program requirements and HRSA’s Health Center Program Compliance Manual. Each reviewer will outline how compliance with those programs requirements is assessed during the Operational Site Visit through HRSA’s Site Visit Protocol. Each reviewer will identify potential pain points health centers experience during their OSVs and highlight strategies for ensuring full compliance.
