Also at HIMSS18: Register for the “Leveraging Health IT to Address Health Disparities: A Leadership Conference” March 6-7. Don’t miss this opportunity to connect with fellow Health Center, PCA, and HCCN thought leaders to explore and envision the power of Health Information Technology (HIT) to elevate health outcomes.  The National Health IT Collaborative (NHIT) is convening this two-day meeting in conjunction with the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society’s Annual Conference (HIMSS18).

ONC HIT Playbook:

In 2016, the Office of the National Coordinator (ONC) within the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) launched the Health IT Playbook to answer many questions providers ask when implementing and using health IT. This Playbook offers strategies, recommendations, and best practices — extensively researched and gleaned from a variety of clinical settings — to help you find the answers you need. The Playbook’s actionable steps will help reduce the pain of implementing and using health IT in your practice while advancing care information and delivery.
