NACHC is preparing a Request for Proposals (RFP) to solicit expertise in the provision of training and technical assistance (TTA) services to employees, executives and community board members of community health centers across the country in small cohort, large group and direct one-on-one settings.
The training content and delivery being solicited is intended to promote operational excellence and performance improvement unique to the federally qualified health center (FQHC) operating environment. Specific TTA topics may include but are not limited to: Needs Assessment; Instructional Design; Evaluation; Strategic Planning; Financial Management; Health Center Operations, including Human Resources, Performance Measurement, Return on Investment Analysis; Executive and Leadership Development; Legal Analysis; Governance Principles; and Health Information Technology, including Cyber Security, Telehealth Operations, Business Analytics and Health Information Exchange.
The RFP performance period will be 2017-2020, contingent upon available resources July 1st. The NACHC RFP will be posted on nachc.org in early summer.
