Health Center Leaders Testify Before the Congressional Black Caucus
Community Health Center leaders from around the country will brief Members of the Congressional Black Caucus today on access to primary care in their communities. U.S. Rep, Danny Davis (D-Ill) will moderate the discussion. Topics will include how health centers deliver quality care to underserved communities, and generate cost-savings by reducing unnecessary visits to hospital ERs. The briefing takes place from 3 – 5pm Today, September 21st at the Washington, D.C. Convention Center in Room 209-B.
