Affordable Care Act funds to enhance quality of care at community health centers

Today Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius announced new grants that will help 810 community health centers become patient-centered medical homes (PCMHs). The new grants will support a new model of care that will help health centers increase the percentage of women that are screened for cervical cancer.
