Overview

NACHC engages in a five-point strategy to support HCV and HBV integration into primary care as part of the National Viral Hepatitis Action Plan. This includes training for health centers, the creation of sharable clinical guidelines and common data models for dashboards, feasibility testing and validation of the HBV Data model, and working with HCCNs to disseminate findings.
