Steering Committee Overview: NACHC’s 2021 FOM/IT steering committee is made up of CEOs, CFOs, COOs, CIOs/HIT Leaders from health centers, Primary Care Associations (PCAs), or Health Center Controlled Networks (HCCNs). The Steering Committee serves a central role in planning and informing the conference content and format.

|Alison L. Croke, MHA
Allison Croke is the President and CEO of Wood River Health Services, a federally qualified health center in Hope Valley, Rhode Island. In this role, she provides leadership, direction and administration of all aspects of activity of the health center to ensure compliance with established objectives, mission and the realization of quality and economical healthcare services.
|Teresa Dotson, MBA
Teresa Dotson is the Director of Financial Affairs for Mountain Comprehensive Health Corporation. She has been with the company for 17 years. She holds a Bachelor’s in Accounting from The University of Virginia’s College at Wise, and an MBA from Morehead State University. Her role places her not only over the financials, but also quality as well, which gives her a unique perspective.
|Eloisa Perard, MSIO
Eloisa Perard serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of QueensCare Health Centers (QHC). QHC operates five federally qualified health centers in Los Angeles, California and serves nearly 25,000 patients each year. Simultaneously, she serves as Chief Administrative Officer of QueensCare, a faith-based, charitable healthcare non-profit organization.
|Maylee Sanchez, Chief Information Officer
Maylee Sanchez is Chief Information Officer for Health Choice Network, a successful nation-wide collaboration among health centers, health center controlled networks and partners. She joined the organization in January of 2018 and is responsible for all HCN Health IT strategies that deliver excellent patient care and improve outcomes through technology innovation for all member centers across the country. She also serves as the Organization’s HIPAA Security Officer.
|Joy Sloan, CPA, MBA
Joy Sloan is the Chief Financial Officer at CommUnityCare Health Centers and is responsible for overseeing the organization’s fiscal operations. Prior to joining CommUnityCare, Joy was the Chief Financial Officer for Eastland Memorial Hospital, a small rural hospital in Texas; as well as Chief Financial Officer for 2 FQHC’s, one in Texas and one in Indiana. Joy has over 13 years’ experience in FQHC finance and 2 years’ hospital experience and has a proven record of balancing strong fiscal control with service line growth.
|Miriam Vega, PhD
Miriam Vega, PhD is CEO Joseph P Addabbo Family Health Center in New York. She is an experienced executive of non-profit organizations, including Federally Qualified Health Centers and AIDS service organizations, Dr. Vega created the CHANGE model of capacity-building assistance which helps to build culturally responsive programming, quality improvement and organizational infrastructure at community-based organizations across the Nation.
|Beth Wrobel, BS
Beth Wrobel has been the CEO of HealthLinc, Inc. since 2002. She has moved the organization from a free medical clinic to a FQHC providing a health care home to all life cycles, prenatal to seniors, with integrated medical, dental, optometry and behavioral health services at 15 locations with 450 employees.Beth holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Valparaiso University. She is also a graduate of the J&J/UCLA Health Care Executive Program.
