Attention Health Center C-Suite Leaders:

The 2022 – 23 NACHC C-Suite Leadership Institute (CSLI) learning collaborative is designed for health center senior level leaders seeking to become more strategic in their leadership approach while strengthening their understanding of critical aspects of their leadership role within an FQHC. Whether newly promoted to the roles, new to the roles within a health center, and/or seeking a refresher and networks to support leaders to successfully direct the health center in today’s ever changing healthcare environment, this course will ensure that leaders have needed training and resources. It is open for all health center C-suite leaders (or equivalents) to apply.

Areas of Focus

Take advantage of this opportunity for C-Suite networking and leadership skills and competencies development. Participants will be able to:
• Examine core leadership competencies and strategic roles as leaders within their organization.
• Demonstrate knowledge of key C-Suite roles and effective approaches for collaborating to ensure productive internal and external working relationships and partnerships.
• Identify methods to advance the next generation of health center leaders to ensure continuity of a high performing health center.

Participants will attend in-person facilitated opening and closing sessions and up to six faculty-led virtual sessions (approximately one per month), receive mentoring support and core competencies for their respective role, access an online community for retrieving content and resource sharing, complete a Leadership Profile assessment, and participate in a group presentation on an assigned case study as part of the closing capstone.
