NACHC’s two-part Business Intelligence Webinar Series offers health center the core concepts of business intelligence and creates an infrastructure that allows an organization to report information, implement proven cyber security best practices, learn ways to use data to measure outcomes and implement changes from clinical and non-clinical staff productivity.

This webinar will discuss the key components of developing an effective business intelligence program. Participants will learn how to retrieve accurate data and analyze it based on strategic goals that impact patient care delivery, health outcomes and business operations.

The most effective way to combat potential risk or threat is to have real time data of information. Once a successful business intelligence strategy is built into your organization, you may use it to aid in areas of cybersecurity. Participants will learn best practices for leveraging business intelligence and cybersecurity controls that assist in defending your data so that you stay one step ahead of potential threats.


Part II:ย  Aligning your Data Strategy and Strategic Plan

Tuesday, March 31 |ย 2:00 โ€“ 3:30 pm EDT

This webinar will discuss how to develop an organizational strategy that focuses on data health centers need to achieve their short term and long term goals. Participants will learn how to utilize data to create a strategic plan by creating models that are used to predict, track and optimize health center outcomes.

As organizations align data strategies and focus on strategic planning, there is ample opportunity to ensure information security practices are included. Participants will get an introduction to mapping out viable security controls and identify the key components of an efficient security program.
