NACHC COVID-19 Protocols for In-Person Events

All attendees will be asked to participate in and abide by all safety protocols implemented onsite for NACHC events. We will continue to closely monitor all conditions related to COVID-19 between now and the start of the event and NACHC reserves the right to assure compliance with the state’s regulations. We will inform you of any such changes so you can properly plan for your attendance. By registering for and attending a NACHC event all participants agree to the following:

Personal Accountability Commitment

I will not attend the National Conference for Agricultural Worker Health in person if I have been recently exposed to COVID-19 or if I am feeling ill.

Statement of Personal Accountability for Registered Attendees, Exhibitors, Speakers and Guests

The NACHC National Conference for Agricultural Worker Health brings together many people from multiple households in a public space. Any public space where other people are present holds an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 as well as other communicable diseases. By attending the NACHC National Conference for Agricultural Worker Health, I am voluntarily assuming all risk related to exposure to COVID-19 or any other communicable disease and I will not hold NACHC or any of its affiliates including its directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, and volunteers liable for any illness I might contract during or after the event. While attending the NACHC National Conference for Agricultural Worker Health I will take necessary precautions including, but limited to, adhering to the Well-Being Protocols, posted signs, placards and verbal requests, engaging in physical distancing as appropriate, wearing a mask, if required or if I desire, and engaging in hand hygiene and respiratory etiquette. I will not attend any NACHC event if I feel ill or had recent exposure to a COVID-19 case.

NACHC’s National Conference for Agricultural Worker Health Protocols and Policies

All conference attendees will be asked to participate in and abide by safety protocols implemented onsite for the event. We will continue to closely monitor all conditions related to COVID-19 between now and the start of the event and reserve the right to modify health screening protocols in our sole discretion. We will inform you of any such changes so you can properly plan for your attendance. Mask Wearing Policy: Mask wearing is encouraged during NACHC events but is not mandated. Guests are encouraged to respect other attendees who may choose to mask up during our events. Hand Sanitizer Stations: We will provide ample hand sanitization stations throughout the event spaces for you to use. Additionally, you will find personal hand sanitizer in your conference bag. If you need more during the conference, just ask at the NACHC registration desk. Socially Distanced Seating Options: Within the design of our meeting and event spaces, we will offer various distanced seating sections to accommodate various levels of comfort. Please choose a seating option that best matches your comfort level. COVID-19 Symptoms or Exposure: Attendees should not attend the conference if they are experiencing or exhibiting any COVID-19 related symptoms or if they have become recently exposed to a person with a positive and confirmed case of COVID-19 within the past 14 days. Respect your fellow attendees. At registration you will be able to self-select a ribbon for your badge to indicate your comfort level for networking.

Yellow – ELBOWS ONLY: Still Being Cautious

Green – HIGH 5’s & HANDSHAKES: Frequent Hand Washing/Sanitizing
