Learn About Their New Rural COVID-19 Vaccine Education Initiative
November 16: 6:00-6:45pm ET
Join us for a special event to learn about the Ad Council’s new video campaign featuring stories of rural Americans from across the country and their decision-making journey to get vaccinated. Get tips on how PCAs, HCCNs and Community Health Centers can use these materials. You’ll hear from the Ad Council regarding what the research shows about building vaccine confidence. The Ad Council is a national advertising organization that produces high-quality public service announcements (PSAs) on behalf of nonprofit organizations and federal agencies. It has operated for more than 70 years and is known for campaigns such as the Smokey the Bear ”Only You Can Prevent Forest Fires” and “Friends Don’t Let Friends Drive Drunk”. This session is for all staff of PCAs, HCCNs, and NTTAPs. Participants do not have to be registered for the conference.
The Ad Council’s rural vaccine campaign includes:

- New rural toolkit – Contains message guidance and tips for how to approach conversations with empathy and without judgment. Also has videos and social media graphics.
