COVID-19 Risk Tracker: Health Centers and COVID-19 Severity
This dashboard was created in partnership with KPMG to illustrate the locations of Community Health Centers and the severity of COVID-19 in their zip codes. The COVID-19 severity index is a summary statistic developed by the National COVID-19 Resiliency Network at Morehouse School of Medicine that is calculated in a range from 0-100 (100 being the most severe) by averaging the case severity and death severity indices. These indices include several other metrics such as case and death racial risk scalers, number of hospital/ICU beds occupied in the past 7 days, high-risk population percentages, and actual case/death counts.
