Are you a health center leader looking for an in-depth orientation to HRSA’s Health Center Program?
Join NACHC for its popular annual training, “Introduction to the Health Center Program: Tools for Building and Enhancing Your Health Center.”
This training is designed for leaders new to the Health Center program and who are seeking a foundational overview of HRSA program requirements and promising practices related to Health Center governance, staffing, and operations. Staff from 330-funded health centers, Look-Alike health centers, or organizations seeking to become part of the Health Center Program are encouraged to attend.

This two-day, virtual training provides a comprehensive, nuts-and-bolts training covering the following topics:

- Needs Assessment and Strategic Planning
- Your Health Center’s Scope of Project – Sites, Services, and Other Activities
Day 2: Health Center Operations, Finance, and Governance
- Building and Optimizing Your Model of Care
- Leveraging Data to Cultivate a Performance-Driven Culture
- An Introduction to Health Center Finance
- An Introduction to Health Center Boards

By attending the Introduction to the Health Center Program offered by National Association of Community Health Centers, participants may earn up to 11 ACHE Qualifying Education Hours toward initial certification or recertification of the Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE) designation. NACHC will issue a certificate of participation for 11 continuing education units (CEUs) upon the completion of this training.
