Overview

FOM 1 provides established CEOs, CFOs, COOs, Controllers, Finance Managers, and accountants with a comprehensive overview of grants management, budgeting, profitability, and Medicare cost.

Learning Objectives

By the end of this training, the participants will be able to:

• Distinguish between approaches to appropriate operational budget development.
• Describe the key drivers of profitability.
• Identify the critical elements to complete an accurate Medicare Cost Report.

CEU/CPE: This training will provide Continuing Education Unit (CEU) and Continuing Professional Education (CPE) credits. Recommended CEUs and CPE credit units in the “Specialized Knowledge” category will be available for this program and posted on this website by December 1, 2024.
