This is an overview of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), VA-Patient Centered Community Care (VAPCCC) program which is currently administered by TriWest. The VAPCCC program allows providers in the community to care for our nation’s Veterans. FQHCs are a critical component in a network designed to provide care for Veterans when and where they need it.
