Spread the word! A newly released series of documents on MyNACHC addresses legal topics related to human resources — the people working in an organization.

This new series updates bulletins created 10 years ago, and examines the legal issues that health centers, as employers, face in their day-to-day operations. Topics addressed include: conducting interviews and background checks, terminations, accommodating parental leave, and affiliating with residency training programs. Each document is free and available to download on MyNACHC.
