The Chief Executive Officer, appointed by the Board of Directors, is the General Manager or Executive Director of the corporation. Subject to the direction of the Board, the Executive Director is responsible for program planning, implementations of board policy, staff development, fiscal viability of clinic operations, and agency-wide evaluation.

The Executive Director has the authority to supervise the direction and day-to-day operations of the health center and its staff. In performing supervisory responsibilities, the Executive Director works closely with the management team. Required experience: Five (5) years’ of experience at an executive level

Minimum Qualifications: Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Master’s degree in Health Administration or Public Health Administration, Hospital Administration or related field Must have financial working knowledge of budgets and organizational structure and five years’ proven experience in an administrative position in the health field.
