A federal judge recently ruled that the entire Affordable Care Act (ACA) is unconstitutional, sparking a great deal of speculation and confusion among health care advocates and health centers about the future of health coverage.  As it stands, the  Affordable Care Act  is still the law of the land.  Read NACHC’s blog post about the Texas ruling and the potential impact on health centers.
