- Woodard, Lathran J.
Lathran Johnson Woodard is the CEO of the South Carolina Primary Health Care Association and has been with the organization for more than 35 years. Lathran is a member of several state and national organizations. She most recently held the position of NACHC Board Chair. Her experience includes community and program development, staff enhancement training, and budget management. She is a much sought-after trainer in the area(s) of nonprofit board development, the health center movement, addressing [implicit] biases in health care, and improving the patient experience. Lathran was a 2000 Fellow of the U.S. Public Health Service’s Primary Care Policy Fellowship. In 2019, she received the Order of the Palmetto, South Carolina’s Highest Civilian Honor, and was also the recipient of the Key to the City of Columbia, South Carolina. She holds a degree in Business Administration from Southern Wesleyan University.
