This 90-minute webinar will feature Shawn Achor, a leading expert on the connection between happiness and success, and Joey Marie Horton, CEO of North Country Family Health Center, Watertown, NY. Shawn will share his research on what positive psychology is and provide practical applications and strategies for reaping the Happiness Advantage in the midst of change and challenge, while Ms. Horton will share the implementation story and impact of the Happiness Advantage curriculum at her health center in 2021, a replicable model for success.

Virtual Workshops: Leading Positive Team Performance Through Resilience and Happiness
April – May 2022
Applying the latest research-based techniques from the field of positive psychology, participants in this three-part learning series will learn the practices of resilient leaders; they become more adaptable and develop a capacity to “see” more opportunities, leading to better results individually and as part of a team. This learning event, based upon Achor’s Happiness Advantage │Orange Frog (HAOF) curriculum, is designed to be experiential, growth oriented, and collaborative.
This three-part learning series includes a one-day virtual training event, followed by two 2-hour learning collaborative sessions to support learning implementation. Those who complete all three sessions will receive a certificate of completion.

The Happiness Advantage │Orange Frog: Virtual Train the Trainer (TTT) Program
June 7 & 8, 2022; 11:00am – 5:15pm ET
Early bird registration ends May 24!
Participants of this two-day program will engage with a ‘Happiness Advantage’ master trainer/facilitator to learn the knowledge and skills required to implement and teach the Happiness Advantage │Orange Frog (HAOF) curriculum. Upon successful completion of this required TTT, participants will be eligible to register for the certification practicum (this practicum is a separate fee and contracted directly with ITLN) to become certified trainers of The Happiness Advantage │Orange Frog curriculum.
*A prerequisite to attending the TTT includes confirmed attendance at one of NACHC’s 2021 or 2022 Leading Positive Team Performance Through Resilience and Happiness Workshops or at any other certified Happiness Advantage │Orange Frog workshops (confirmed by attendance rosters).
**The TTT is intended for individuals who intend to train 100 participants or more and is most appropriate for larger health center organizations, PCAs, HCCNs, and other national training partners.
