Infographic: Community Health Centers Are Economic Engines
Community Health Centers provide high-quality, comprehensive care to over 30 million patients in medically underserved communities across the nation. As health centers leverage the federal and state investments necessary to bring health care where it would otherwise not exist, they also generate economic gains within the low-income communities they serve. Health centers are also key to reopening the economy by caring for millions of America’s essential workers and fighting the COVID-19 pandemic.
