Telehealth and Health Centers During COVID-19

During the COVID-19 pandemic, Community Health Centers’ use of audio and video telehealth increased dramatically due to new federal and state policy flexibilities. To better understand health centers’ experiences with telehealth during this time, NACHC conducted a survey that collected data on health centers’ utilization of telehealth, the benefits of audio-only, and potential impacts if flexibilities are not extended beyond the pandemic.
