Starting January 1, 2022, The No Surprises Act requires all health care providers and facilities to provide uninsured and self-pay patients with a “good faith estimate” of expected charges before a patient receives services. Please join NACHC as we review the regulatory requirements under the No Surprises Act and best practices for implementing the good faith estimate into your health center’s workflow.
