Webinar Overview

Today’s health centers need leaders who can handle any situation that comes their way. The ability to influence, communicate and make thoughtful, effective decisions, while supporting their teams are key attributes every leader must possess. Our new managers and supervisors (emerging leaders) face the most difficult challenge—Learning to do all this while managing a new workload and focusing on the health centers most precious resource—people.

This 4-part webinar series provides the essential skills and tools needed to be an effective leader and not just “the boss.” Learn how to motivate employees and how to manage relationships. Learn the keys to effective communication, become a listening leader, and how to develop a culture ripe for curiosity and innovation.
