Health Center Leadership During a Crisis: Group Coaching Series for PCA & HCCN Staff

This group coaching series is designed to help PCA & HCCN staff combat crisis fatigue by providing a safe space to recharge, while gaining fresh perspectives and solutions to common leadership challenges. Experience the value of a coaching relationship as a type of leadership development and staff retention tool, while leaning on and learning from the collective wisdom of the group. As a bonus, all group coaching participants are eligible to receive one free individual coaching session with an expert coach to further develop an action plan to implement what they have learned.
Group Coaching Learning Objectives:
Participants will be able to…
1) Support PCA/HCCN staff during a prolonged crisis through exploring strategies for organizational success.

*Group Sessions will be limited to 30 participants to allow for group discussion, breakout groups, and coaching interventions.
Target Audience: All PCA/HCCN staff
***ONE FREE INDIVIDUAL LEADERSHIP COACHING SESSION***
Anyone who registers and attends a group coaching session is eligible for one free 60-minute coaching session with a CEEK, LLC coach. The purpose of this session is to reinforce and expand on the learning of the group sessions and assist individuals with an implementation plan. This must be scheduled NO LATER than 45 days after attending a group session.
Each participant is welcome to register for more than one group coaching session, but is only eligible for one individual session. Coaching session is non-transferrable.
