2026 Elevating Health Center Operations (EHCO)

2026 Elevating Health Center Operations (EHCO)

26 EHCO_700x200

Overview

Join Chief Operating Officers and senior operations leaders from across the country for an advanced learning experience designed to strengthen executive decision-making, organizational resilience, and long-term performance in community health.

Elevating Health Center Operations (EHCO) is NACHC’s most advanced operations training experience for health center leaders working at the strategic level. This is not an introductory program. It is a two-day immersion for leaders who are already operating at a high level and are ready to deepen their ability to lead through financial pressure, access challenges, workforce complexity, capital growth, and digital transformation.

Each session addresses a challenge health center leaders are navigating right now, including financial sustainability, patient access and retention, provider productivity, executive well-being, capital strategy, community partnerships, organizational assessment, and technology leadership. Participants will engage in peer dialogue, executive case studies, scenario-based exercises, and shared planning activities that result in tangible tools they can use immediately.

Develop your leadership. Strengthen your systems. Join EHCO.

For the greatest impact, register leaders individually so each gains tailored insights that strengthen the whole team.
