Funding Opportunities for Health Centers, PCAs, and HCCNs.
NEW – NACHC is proud to announce the Nursing Pipelines award program in partnership with Johnson & Johnson.
The Nursing Pipelines & Pathways award program, exclusively for NACHC members, will offer 8 awards of $40,000 to support pipelines and pathways for nurses of color at health centers to advance in their careers.
Applications for this program are due April 24, 2024.
NEW – NACHC is proud to announce the Models of Care for Racial Health Equity award program in partnership with Johnson & Johnson.
The Models of Care for Racial Health Equity award program, also exclusively for NACHC members, will offer 20 awards of $50,000 to support effective methods for improving health outcomes for patients of color.
Applications for this program are due April 24, 2024.
