NACHC helps health centers turn data into action, using electronic health records (EHRs) and digital tools to improve care delivery, patient outcomes, and team efficiency. These Health Information Technology (IT) and Clinical Informatics programs provide training, technical assistance, and collaborative learning to optimize EHRs, implement emerging technologies including Artificial Intelligence (AI), and strengthen data-driven decision-making.
