Webinar Schedule 

Day 1: Overview of HRSA’s Compliance Program + Governance/Administrative Program Requirements 
This session will walk through the OSV pre-planning process, highlight key HRSA resources, and provide an overview of common pain points. This session will provide an in-depth review of HRSA’s program requirements on needs assessment, accessible locations/hours of operations, key management staff, conflict of interest, collaborative relationships, board authority and board composition. 

Day 2: Overview of Fiscal Program Requirements 
This session provides an in-depth review of HRSA’s program requirements related sliding fee discount program, contracts and subawards, financial management and accounting systems, billing and collections, budget, program monitoring and data reporting systems. 

Day 3: Overview of Clinical Program Requirements + Best Practices for Continuous Compliance 
This session provides an in-depth review of HRSA’s program requirements on clinical staffing, required and additional health services, coverage for medical emergencies during and after hours, continuity of care and hospital admitting, and quality improvement/assurance.

Renee brings over 20 years of experience as a CFO for 330-funded and Look-Alike Health Centers. She currently serves as CFO of a health center in Hawaii and has supported numerous OSVs as a consultant with Management Strategists Consulting Group. 

Jennifer Genua-McDaniel, CEO, Genua Consulting 
With 18 years in community health—including 8 as a CEO—Jennifer specializes in operations and governance. She collaborates closely with BPHC, participating as a reviewer for operational site visits and providing technical assistance for different models of health centers and PCAs. 

Kyle Vath, BSN, MHA, RN, CEO, RegLantern 
Kyle is a recognized expert in HRSA compliance with diverse experience in operations, clinical quality, and administration. He co-founded RegLantern to provide tools and services to health centers that move them toward continuous compliance. 

Ted Henson, Director of Health Center Growth & Development, NACHC 
Ted leads NACHC’s efforts in growing the health center pipeline with a special focus on new access point applications, Look-Alike Health Centers, health center compliance, needs assessments, and scope of project. He has a background in community health needs assessments and worked at a Health Center in Boston, MA.
