Update from the National Coordinator of Health Information Technology and Reactor Panel Wednesday, October 25 @8:30 AM PT
Elisabeth Myers, will provide Federal Updates from the Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology (ONC). As Deputy Director of the Office of Policy at ONC, Ms. Myers is focused on leading teams implementing the 21st Century Cures Act health IT provisions on interoperability for patient access, information blocking, and health IT for specialty settings and sites of service.

All attendees, speakers, sponsors, and volunteers at our conference are required to agree with the following code of conduct. NACHC will enforce this code throughout the event. We expect cooperation from all participants to help ensure a safe environment for everybody.
Our conference is dedicated to providing a harassment free experience for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, or religion. We do not tolerate harassment of conference participants in any form. This also includes inappropriate physical contact and unwelcome sexual attention.
Sexual language and imagery is not appropriate for any conference venue, including talks, workshops, social events, Twitter and other online media. Participants asked to stop any harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately. Conference participants violating these rules may be sanctioned or expelled from the conference without a refund at the discretion of NACHC.

The NACHC Financial, Operations Management and Information Technology (FOM/IT) Conference & Expo brings together many people from multiple households in a public space. Any public space where other people are present holds an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 as well as other communicable diseases. By attending the NACHC Financial, Operations Management and Information Technology (FOM/IT) Conference & Expo, I am voluntarily assuming all risk related to exposure to COVID-19 or any other communicable disease and I will not hold NACHC or any of its affiliates including its directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, and volunteers liable for any illness I might contract during or after the event.
While attending the NACHC Financial, Operations Management and Information Technology (FOM/IT) Conference & Expo I will take necessary precautions including, but limited to, posted signs, placards, and verbal requests, engaging in physical distancing as appropriate, wearing a mask, if required or if I desire, and engaging in hand hygiene and respiratory etiquette.
