EXISTING USERS: As of April 4th, 2019, your Username may have changed from your NACHC ID number to your email address we have on record. If you are currently using your email address as your Username, your NACHC ID did not change. Your current password did not change. Please try logging in by entering your email as your Username and using your current password. If you are still having trouble accessing your account, please follow the “Forgot your password?” link, and enter your email address. You will receive an email with your Username and a link to reset your password.
