Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs) are groups of doctors, hospitals, and other health care providers who come together voluntarily to give coordinated high quality care to the patients they serve. A successful ACO puts the patient at the center of all its activities and ensure coordination of care. This 60 minute webinar will provide the basics of what an ACO is and what it is not, what the expectations are of participoants in an ACO, and how success is measured.
