Overview
NACHC works with health centers to provide primary obstetric care and build the data infrastructure needed to support coordinated, evidence-based obstetric care – especially with consideration for care transitions.
NACHC is also working with the CDC to reduce maternal mortality rates and improve comprehensive health care delivery at health centers. This includes the development of new data integration systems.
