Join us on July 15 from 3:30–5:00 PM ET for the second listening session guided by NACHC staff to inform NACHC’s value-based care (VBC) strategy on multi-payer alignment of primary care quality measures. We understand the burden of reporting and complying with the varying terms in value-based contracts. Through this strategy, we hope to streamline reporting burdens for CHCs, incentivize high-value care, and ultimately contribute to improved primary care outcomes. 

This session will build on the previous conversation to gather more feedback on NACHC’s measure alignment strategy. Come ready to provide feedback on strengths, drawbacks, or any concerns we should be aware of regarding measures we anticipate coalescing around. We welcome everyone to this listening session to provide their opinion; you do not need to be a “value-based care expert,” just someone passionate about advance quality measurement alignment!
