This interactive webinar aims to equip health center leadership with practical strategies to implement Incident Command System (ICS) principles in both emergency and day-to-day operations. Participants will learn how FEMA and CDC ICS frameworks intersect with health center operations, understand their role within the ESF-8 coordination structure, and learn how to embed ICS principles into routine management practices. Attendees will develop actionable plans to enhance their emergency preparedness, aligning with the CMS Emergency Preparedness Rule and Joint Commission standards.
