
Health Center Board Roles and Responsibilities
Overview
This virtual training is designed for new health center board members. The session provides an introduction to the three major categories of board roles: Strategy, Oversight and Policy, and Board Functioning. Additionally, the training will discuss individual board member duties and introduce some fundamentals related to meetings, committees, and board culture.

- Articulate an individual board member’s duties
- Describe some components of effective board functioning
