In a time of rapid change, driven by evolving regulations, advancing technologies like AI, ongoing workforce shortages, and financial pressures, Community Health Centers are doubling down on workforce development to meet these challenges head-on.

To support health centers in becoming more sustainable and flexible, NACHC has partnered in the development of the Health Center of Future framework. This model integrates sustainability-improving business strategies, enabling technologies, and High-Performance Capabilities to support the transformation.

We’re inviting you to join an interactive virtual Listening Session to help shape the educational offerings focused on the “High-Performance Capabilities” layer of this framework.
