BETHESDA, MD – March 9, 2026 – The National Association of Community Health Centers (NACHC), in partnership with ScaleHealth, announced the inaugural NACHC Accelerator 2026 cohort featuring six innovative companies to advance health technology solutions to meet the critical operational and clinical challenges facing Community Health Centers (CHCs) today.
The nine-month program is designed to help strengthen CHCs, which make up the nation’s largest primary care system, with proven solutions that reduce costs, improve patient experience, and enhance staff satisfaction. CHCs serve 52 million Americans—or 1 in 7, 1 in 3 living in rural areas—providing affordable, comprehensive, and effective primary care to patients in rural, urban, suburban, frontier, island, mountain, and suburban communities.
Selected Companies
The NACHC Accelerator 2026 cohort includes six companies selected from a competitive pool of applicants. These companies bring innovative solutions that address the operational, clinical, and technological challenges CHCs face:
- Cair Health: Agentic operating system for health care revenue cycle operations, automating billing workflows to reduce administrative burden, prevent denials, accelerate payments, and help organizations operate more efficiently.
- Claris Healthcare: Provides remote care for the most vulnerable and hard-to-reach patients.
- Delfina Care: AI-powered pregnancy care platform empowering clinicians to predict and prevent potential pregnancy complications earlier and partnering to deliver proactive care to solve the maternal health crisis.
- Era Supports: Tech-enabled behavioral health platform that embeds effective substance use disorder treatment into primary care clinics, unlocking new revenue streams while expanding access for high-acuity patients.
- Luro Health: Partners with CHCs to raise the bar of obesity care for Medicaid patients and underserved communities through turnkey, white-labeled obesity care programs.
- No Barrier: AI medical interpreter that enables providers to communicate with Limited English Proficient patients through instant, clinically accurate, and compliant interpretation.
“These companies represent the next wave of innovation for community-based primary care,” said Kyu Rhee, MD, MPP, President and CEO of NACHC. “The tools and solutions they bring to CHCs will directly impact care delivery for millions of patients, strengthen teams, and support long-term sustainability for America’s largest provider of primary care.”
Accelerator Experience
Cohort participants will engage in a tailored program that includes:
- CHC-focused mentorship and strategic advisory support
- Business model refinement and pilot planning & execution
- Investor and CHC stakeholder engagement
- National visibility and storytelling support
2026 Cohort Focus Areas
The selected companies were evaluated across multiple factors, including solution maturity, program fit, and implementation feasibility, with consideration given to how effectively their technologies improve access, reduce barriers to care, and scale across the diverse landscape of CHCs. Key solution areas include:
- Operational Efficiency: Streamlining administrative workflows to combat staff burnout and reduce manual documentation.
- Patient Engagement: Enhancing digital access and care coordination to improve health outcomes in populations with limited access to health care.
- Financial Sustainability: Enabling smarter resource utilization, revenue optimization and adaptability to evolving reimbursement and payer environments.
2026 Cohort Focus Areas
The cohorts will participate in a tailored curriculum including roundtables, pilot planning and execution, and strategic mentorship. The program will culminate in a fall 2026 showcase event, held in conjunction with the HLTH USA, where the cohort will present outcomes and data-driven results.
“The NACHC Accelerator is about more than just technology; it’s about real-world fit,” said Taylor McPartland, CEO of ScaleHealth. “We are thrilled to support these companies as they work alongside CHC leaders to refine solutions that are built to thrive in community health environments.”
