National Health Center Telehealth Resource Center (TRC): A NACHC-NCTRC Joint Project for FQHCs Telehealth Operations: This pilot project is led by NACHC with subject matter expertise contracted through the Center for Connected Health Policy’s (CCHP) and is intended to assist health centers who are determining how and if they will sustain telehealth and virtual modalities to increase access to underserved communities and individuals coming out of the COVID-19 pandemic and Public Health Emergency (PHE) designation. Health centers face a challenging tension between increasing access to services, ensuring quality of care, patient and provider comfort with technology, ratio of in-person to virtual patient visit mix and financial sustainment. The intersection between daily health center operations and state and national telehealth policies is ever present and ever evolving as PHE flexibilities expire. This pilot project is guided by a Telehealth Leaders Advisory Group, including, TRC, HCCN, NTTAP and PCA leaders who steer and advise on the training or technical assistance needs currently or emerging in the field.
