The National Association of Community Health Centers (NACHC) launched the Value-Based Payment (VBP) Survey to gather insights on health center strengths and needs to be successful in VBP contracts. Survey findings will highlight health center involvement in value-based payment and care delivery models while also identifying challenges for NACHC to better support health center transformation. Data and responses to the survey will inform education offerings, resources, pilots, and how NACHC supports health centers in VBC practice transformation – including the Centene Foundation grant efforts. Findings will help NACHC ensure health centers are prepared for changes in payment models and demonstrate value to patients.
