Adolescent Sexual and Reproductive Health (ASRH) services are foundational to primary care at health centers as a way to prevent teen pregnancy and sexually transmitted infections. With support from CDC Division of Reproductive Health and in collaboration with Cicatelli Associates Inc., NACHC offers health centers goals, strategies, tips, and resources to start or strengthen ASRH clinical services and youth friendly practices.
The Q4T (Quality for Teens): A Quality Improvement Package for Adolescent Sexual and Reproductive Health was developed by health centers, for health centers. Q4T is for anyone interested in implementing or improving essential ASRH practices at health centers and is based on over 3 years of input from national experts, health center patients, staff, and administrators.
Q4T offers a wide range of resources and companion tools ranging from strategies to communicate with Health Center Boards, to an Informatics Guide that helps teams create workflows and improved systems for data collection.
