Yakima Neighborhood Health Services (YNHS) has served central Washington for over 50 years, delivering comprehensive care through nine clinics. Beyond medical, dental, and behavioral health services, YNHS addresses critical social needs—including housing. Since 2004, it has supported individuals experiencing homelessness with permanent supportive housing, case management, and medical respite care. Through strong community partnerships and a focus on lived experience, YNHS continues to lead innovative efforts that connect health care with the vital conditions needed for long-term well-being.
