Strategic Planning & Scenario Planning for Health Center Boards
During times of change and uncertainty, strategic planning and scenario planning are essential governance tools that boards and CEOs can use to anticipate risk, align decisions, and protect long‑term sustainability. This 75-minute session explores strategic planning approaches, including integrating the Health Center Needs Assessment, using KPIs for board oversight, updating plans annually, and applying scenario planning to remain responsive in a changing political and reimbursement environment. Extend the impact of this training with 30‑day access to the recording, so you can revisit the content at your convenience or view it with your full board to deepen collective learning.

Board Chair Leadership Program
Designed for new health center board chairs or those about to step into the role, this program addresses the chair role, the board chair-CEO partnership, board meeting facilitation, navigating conflict, board chair succession planning, and more. The Board Chair Leadership Program provides an interactive and action-oriented learning experience through case study-based learning and engagement with experienced board chairs and fellow participants.
