FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
A: Housing opens on Thursday, July 16, at 2:00 PM ET / 1:00 PM CT.
A: All reservations must be made through the booking link above or by calling the hotel at 1-888-748-1451.
NOTE: We do not utilize a conference housing agency for Partner 2026. All reservations should be made through one of these two methods.

A:
- Online: You may book one room at a time, and each booking must include a unique first and last name affiliated with your organization.
- Phone: Multiple rooms may be booked, but again, each must have a unique name.
- Note: Any duplicate-name bookings may be canceled or adjusted to the hotel’s standard (non-discounted) rate. The hotel and NACHC will conduct audits to ensure compliance and provide fair access for all attendees.
A: This usually means that one or more of your preferred nights are sold out. Please check back, as cancellations do occur and inventory may be released.
A: Possibly. We are monitoring availability and may request additional rooms. However:
- This depends on hotel inventory during the conference dates
- The group rate may increase for any added rooms.
A: We strongly discourage booking through third-party websites. Booking via the official NACHC group link ensures:
- Your room is part of the official block.
- You will not be relocated if the hotel oversells.
- You remain connected to essential attendee communications and amenities.
- If you are a member of the Loews hotel loyalty program, you will still receive your points by booking through the official booking link!
A: Please refer to the cancellation policy provided in your hotel confirmation email. All changes must be made directly through the hotel’s reservation system. For privacy reasons, NACHC is unable to cancel or modify your reservation.
A: Unfortunately, no — NACHC does not have access to individual reservation details. Please contact the hotel directly at 1-888-748-1451 to obtain your confirmation number. We also recommend checking your spam or junk email folders for your confirmation email from the hotel.
HOUSING SCAM ALERT!
NACHC has been notified that an unauthorized housing company and/or travel agency is contacting exhibitors and attendees about sleeping rooms for the conference. This unauthorized organization may be part of a phishing scam designed to collect credit card information from conference registrants. NACHC does NOT use a housing management agency for the 2026 Partner Conference.
Each NACHC conference attendee should make their own reservation either by calling the hotel directly or through the online link found on the NACHC website. Any housing agency claiming to be with our conference is not authorized by NACHC, has not entered into agreements with any of our hotels to reserve rooms for NACHC attendees on behalf of the hotel, and is not able to guarantee rates and accommodations during the dates of the meeting. Additional information regarding travel and housing accommodations for any of NACHC’s conferences is available at www.nachc.org.
