Partner Conference 2026 Registration Rates
Full Conference Registration
Includes access to all educational sessions (capacity permitting), general sessions, the EXPO hall, and all public networking events and receptions. Additional fees may apply for select pre- and post-conference events.

Registration Policies
- Member/Nonmember pricing is based on your NACHC Organizational Membership Status. Organizational member dues must be current through June 30, 2026. If you do not see the member rate reflected during registration, you may manage your account through the Manage Your Account portal or reach out to the Membership Team for assistance.
- ONLY registered individuals may attend conference events. You must wear your badge to gain access to all events.
- No registration will be processed without payment.
- Acceptable forms of payment include: organizational checks (paper registration form only, checks cannot be accepted for online registration), all major credit cards, travelers checks (paper registration form only, checks cannot be accepted for online registration), and government purchase orders (provided an original vendor copy is presented with an authorized signature).
- Registrations must be received by the early-bird or advance registration deadline to receive those discounted rates. Registrations received after the advanced registration deadline, will be invoiced for the full conference registration amount.
- Personal checks will NOT be accepted for on-site
NACHC Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be in writing and received by NACHC at [email protected] on or before Friday, November 6, 2026.
- Cancellations received on/before Friday, November 6, 2026, will be assessed a $100 processing fee. Please allow 6-8 weeks post-conference for all refunds.
- Cancellations received after Friday, November 6, 2026, are non-refundable.
- Cancellations after the conclusion of the conference are non-refundable.
- “No Shows” are non-refundable
- Substitutions are encouraged.
NACHC CONFERENCE CODE OF CONDUCT
All attendees, speakers, sponsors, and volunteers at our conference are required to agree with the following code of conduct. NACHC will enforce this code throughout the event. We expect cooperation from all participants to help ensure a safe environment for everybody.
Our conference is dedicated to providing a harassment free experience for everyone. We do not tolerate harassment of conference participants in any form. This also includes inappropriate physical contact and unwelcome sexual attention.
Sexual language and imagery is not appropriate for any conference venue, including talks, workshops, social events, social media and other online media. Participants asked to stop any harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately. Conference participants violating these rules may be sanctioned or expelled from the conference without a refund at the discretion of NACHC.
